Last Witness – EVERYONE HE MEETS BECOMES A TARGET – EVERYONE!
Everyone Henry Thurman touches – from the beautiful bar-room singer who stays with him despite the danger, to an unsuspecting couple and an innocent country girl – ends up a dead victim of the secret manhunt for him. Will Thurman himself survive the hunt?
TV news reports claim that Thurman is criminally insane and dangerous, Thurman tells a different story; he escaped from a U.S. Federal Institution where he had been held and tortured for political reasons. Until the first horrible assassination, the audience can’t be sure who’s telling the truth.
He tries to escape to Canada , the trek North is cut short, first by a mechanical breakdown, and finally – and forever – by the Government’s military snipers. There can be no witnesses left alive…
The final moments of LAST WITNESS climaxes with brutal, shocking, no-holds-barred mayhem that will not be forgotten, the story will haunt the audience as it shakes and chills the imagination.
Now I personally think they got it pretty much right with this one - EXCEPT they've given us a bit too much information. We know most (all?) of the people we're going to meet are going to get killed and I don't fancy old Henry's chances much either to be honest! They've certainly gone to town on the emotive language though;

- Brutal,
- Mayhem,
- Haunt,
- Chill.
With that in mind I think they could have gone for a better cover - good though it is, I just don't think it fits.
